KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend consultations to assess buyers’ needs and goals for moving
  • Identify properties that meet buyers’ criteria and attend showings
  • Refine the needs and wants of buyers based on home tours
  • Negotiate offers for clients
  • Learn scripts and sales tactics
  • Attend home inspections and buyer visits

REQUIREMENTS

Traveling around the city dealing with clients. You must also make yourself available Saturday and Sundays, as most work will take place afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
